Being the strongest I ever have been, and the fittest I have ever been is second to the shift in my mental health. The focus on your bodies ability, and not what you see in the mirror, is a refreshing change to a normal gym atmosphere.
Both Chad and Sarah have always made me feel from day one that they are invested in me, not only as an athlete in their gym, but personally (outside of the gym) as well! Couldn't ask for better coaches!
It's not just one personal connection, but SO many here at Mac-Town CrossFit. Regardless of what class time you attend, everyone is always friendly and welcoming anytime there is an outside/or inside the gym social event! Love the environment that our coaches have created and fostered!
I feel better physically and mentally!! . I am so thankful MacTown and how all of the coaches cheer me on even with a little scaling. I have seen so much improvement in the last three ++ months! I can lift 2x what I could this summer!!
