Olympic Lifting

You’ll improve your technique and develop great strength and power with the programming and guidance of your weightlifting coaches. The focus will be on improving the Olympic lifts, snatch and clean and jerk.

What to Expect

Whether you are a new or developing lifter, your weightlifting coaches will help you learn to lift efficiently and effectively. Barbell meets from 5-7pm Mon-Wed and Fridays. Platforms are also open to lifters during all scheduled class times. Open to ages 8 and up. Barbell meets Monday and Wednesday at 6:15pm and Saturdays at 10:00am.
