Our specially trained professionals create comprehensive, individualized programming for each client, based upon information gathered through thorough physical assessments, careful history reviews, and open, honest communication. We then provide personal one-on-one sessions to implement interventions that relieve pain, restore flexibility and mobility, teach and restore functional movement, and correct strength imbalances to keep injury recurrence at bay. We believe knowledge is power and a better understanding of your own movement patterns and how they affect everyday life is one of the keys to fixing longstanding issues. Prerequisites
