FYR Mac-Kids Club

Our goal is to enhance our community through youth mentorship and fitness!

We have partnered with Forging Youth Resilience whose mission is to “empower young people to build physical and mental strength for life by providing access to a network of community-based fitness programs and mentorship.”

Our FYR Mac-Kids Club program is currently for 8-14 year olds.

Classes:

Monday/Wednesday 4:00-4:45 for 8-10 year olds

Tuesday/Thursday 4:00-4:45 for 11-14 year olds.

In the last 2 1/2 years my body has developed in way I never thought possible. My minds has been transformed by the encouragement of so many others on the Mac-Town Crossfit journey with me. Both are a tribute to the example and environment Chad and Sarah have created.
