First we will sit down and get to know each other. We’ll ask what brought you into our facility and what it is that you want to accomplish with a more active, healthy lifestyle. We’ll answer any questions you may have about your health and fitness goals. We’ll share with you what path we recommend to reach those goals and how we can help you get there. All of our clients go through some level of personal training or very small group training prior to any group classes. If we think we’re the right fit for you, we’ll ask when you can get started! If we don’t think we’re the right place for what you want, we’ll let you know that too and are happy to refer others in our area who may be a better fit!

What to Expect:

After we talk, we’ll show you around the facility. Then we will sit down and answer the questions you might have about who we are and how we train at Mac-Town. Some common questions might be:

  • What kind of movements/exercises can I expect?
  • What kind of results can I expect?
  • How often should I come?
  • Do I have to stop eating donuts?

Next, if you’re ready to get going, we’ll set up your assessment and personal training sessions. Each member receives a full assessment to understand any limitations, injury history or imbalances. All new members will go through personal training so we start your journey RIGHT! The number of sessions we recommend varies based on assessment results and goals!
