First, we will sit down and get to know each other a bit. We’ll answer any questions you may have about your health and fitness goals. You’ll leave here with a better understanding of how we can help you reach those goals and a sense of how much our staff cares about helping you reach them.

What to Expect:

After we talk, we’ll show you around the facility. Then we will sit down and answer the questions you might have about who we are and how we train at Mac-Town CrossFit. Some common questions might be:

  • Do I have to be fit to CrossFit?
  • What kind of movements/exercises can I expect?
  • What kind of results can I expect?
  • How often should I come?
  • Do I have to stop eating donuts?

Next, if you’re ready to get going, we’ll set up your first of six Foundations session with one of our qualified coaches.

Prerequisites

Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym this is your starting point.
