Our Barbell Club exists to further the development of strength, speed and coordination with the focus on the Olympic lifts: snatch and clean and jerk. With a qualified coach leading the way, learn these valuable lifts to develop great strength and power!
Off Class Access
We also offer key code access during off class times for those who prefer a bit more flexibility in their workout schedule. You can add this on to your current membership or utilize it as your primary membership. Some restrictions apply.
