Kids ages 10 – 15. Building a solid foundation of mechanics and consistency sets our youth up for a lifetime of health and wellness. With a focus on proper movement and FUN, your kids will love this class! Class runs Tues/Thurs at 4:00 PM
All the benefits of constantly varied, functional fitness performed at high relative intensity without barbells or higher level gymnastics then our CrossFit classes. This class runs Monday-Thursday at 5:30PM.

Our Barbell Club exists to further the development of strength, speed, and coordination with the focus on the Olympic lifts: snatch and clean and jerk. With a qualified coach leading the way, learn these valuable lifts to develop great strength and power!
Barbell Club meets for open gym on Tuesdays and Wednesdays 5:00-6:30 PM.Coach Tyler is available to work with athletes during this time.
Off Class Access
