What to Expect:
After we talk, we’ll show you around the facility. Then we will sit down and answer the questions you might have about who we are and how we train at Mac-Town CrossFit. Some common questions might be:
- Do I have to be fit to CrossFit?
- What kind of movements/exercises can I expect?
- What kind of results can I expect?
- How often should I come?
- Do I have to stop eating donuts?
Next, if you’re ready to get going, we’ll set up your assessment and personal training sessions. Each member receives a full assessment to understand any limitations, injury history or imbalances. All new members will go through personal training so we start your journey RIGHT! The number of sessions we recommend varies based on assessment results and goals!
